(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；
4、投标人拟派项目经理须具有市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在上海市建筑建材业网站上查询为准。
5、本项目仅面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业）采购。
6、本项目不接受组成联合体
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possess a construction general contracting qualification of level III or above for municipal public utilities projects, and have a valid safety production license; 4 The project manager proposed by the bidder must have a registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in municipal public utilities projects, and have a valid safety production assessment. The person in charge of this project shall be subject to the inquiry on the Shanghai Construction and Building Materials Industry Network. 5. This project is only open to the of small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium-sized, small, and micro enterprises). 6. This project does not accept the formation of a consortium
